1. Services

Caleb Gralyn Morey | CGM Strategies provides marketing and automation services designed to help businesses increase customer engagement and generate more online reviews, including Google reviews.

Services may include:

Review request systems

SMS and email follow-up automation

CRM and communication setup

Reputation management tools

All services are provided on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. SMS & Communication Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all SMS and email communications comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Clients agree to comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, including:

Obtaining express or implied consent prior to sending messages

Providing clear identification of the sender

Including an unsubscribe mechanism in all communications

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

3. Description of SMS Uses

By opting in to receive SMS communications from Caleb Gralyn Morey | CGM Strategies, users may receive text messages related to:

Service-related alerts and notifications

Appointment reminders and follow-ups

Customer support responses

Review requests

Account or service updates

Respond to leads and inquiries in a timely manner

Caleb Gralyn Morey | CGM Strategies is not responsible for poor results caused by lack of client participation or service quality.

10. Compliance with Platform Policies

All services are intended to comply with the terms of service of third-party platforms, including Google.

Clients agree NOT to:

Submit or solicit fake reviews

Offer incentives for reviews where prohibited

Engage in deceptive or misleading practices

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

11. No Guarantee of Results

Caleb Gralyn Morey | CGM Strategies does not guarantee:

A specific number of reviews

Star ratings or review sentiment

Search engine rankings or placement

Revenue or business growth outcomes

Results depend on customer participation, business practices, and external platform algorithms.

12. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance

Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)

All fees are subject to applicable taxes, including HST where required

Failure to process payment may result in service interruption or suspension

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

13. Subscription & Cancellation

Services operate on a month-to-month subscription basis

Clients may cancel with 14 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time

14. Technology & Third-Party Services

Caleb Gralyn Morey | CGM Strategies utilizes third-party platforms to deliver services.

We are not responsible for:

Downtime or outages

Changes to platform features or policies

Service interruptions caused by third-party providers

15. Intellectual Property

All systems, automations, templates, and processes developed by CGM Strategies remain the intellectual property of Caleb Gralyn Morey | CGM Strategies.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these systems during the active service period.

16. Account Ownership & Access

Client accounts and data within third-party platforms remain the responsibility of the client.

Caleb Gralyn Morey | CGM Strategies reserves the right to revoke or restrict access to systems and services upon termination unless otherwise agreed in writing.

17. Data Security Disclaimer

Caleb Gralyn Morey | CGM Strategies takes reasonable measures to protect data using secure platforms and providers.

However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. By using our services, clients acknowledge and accept this risk.

18. Limitation of Liability

Caleb Gralyn Morey | CGM Strategies shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of revenue, leads, or business opportunities

Account suspensions or actions taken by third-party platforms

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caleb Gralyn Morey | CGM Strategies’ total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the preceding three (3) months.

19. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Caleb Gralyn Morey | CGM Strategies from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

Misuse of services

Violation of platform policies

Breach of applicable laws or regulations

20. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Payment is not received

Terms are violated

Services are used in an unlawful or unethical manner

21. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
